N.02What We Do

One drone. Every hard-to-reach surface.

A single flight replaces boom lifts, scaffolding, and rope crews — with a streak-free finish and before/after documentation on every job. We work with property managers on recurring maintenance and with general contractors on the final wash before handover.

01

Window Cleaning

Streak-free high-rise and storefront glass up to ~150 feet — no ladders, no ropes, no disruption to your tenants.

02

Building & Facade Wash

Soft-wash and pressure cleaning for stucco, brick, metal panel, and concrete. Restore your building's curb appeal.

03

Solar Panel Cleaning

Dirty panels lose output. Recurring drone cleaning restores efficiency and protects your energy investment.

04

Final Wash for New Construction

For general contractors: every building needs its glass and facade cleaned before handover — and it always lands at the worst possible moment in the schedule. We fly the final wash with no scaffolding to stage and no crew at height, so we don't fight your other trades for lift time or push your turnover date. You get before/after documentation to hand the owner with the keys. Ask about getting on our sub list.

05

Concrete & Masonry Sealing

Drone-applied water repellent for vertical concrete, tilt-up panels, precast, brick, and block — the surfaces that are expensive to reach and the first to fail. Water intrusion is what cracks, spalls, and stains a facade; sealing it is cheap prevention against an expensive repair. We spray from the air, so there's no scaffold to rent and no one working at height. Flat slabs, decks, and floors we apply from the ground — same crew, same day.

Working as your subcontractor

We're set up to be added to a GC's sub list, not just to bid one-off work. Everything your precon and safety teams ask for, ready to send:

N.04The Equipment

The drone doing the work

We operate the Lucid Bots Sherpa — a commercial cleaning drone that reaches ~150 feet of glass, facade, and solar with nobody off the ground. Photos below are of the Sherpa system and manufacturer demo flights. NWA job photos land here after our first Northwest Arkansas cleans.

N.06The Numbers

What the old way really costs.

Traditional exterior cleaning hides its price in equipment rental, big crews, insurance, and risk. Here's the line-by-line — and what leaves your budget when a drone does the work.

Cost driver
Traditional (lifts + crew)
With NWA Drone Wash
Access equipment
Boom lift or scaffolding at $500–$2,000+ per day — a 40-ft boom lift runs $3,000+ a month
$0 — the drone is the lift
Crew size
4–6 people, often spread across several days
A lean 2-person crew, done in hours
Insurance load
At-height work carries ~$1,600+/yr workers' comp plus a $1M policy + $5–10M umbrella — all baked into your price
Far lower — no one works at height
Liability & risk
Falls are the #1 cause of construction death (~700 a year; 160,000+ ladder ER injuries) — and it happens on your property
Zero people above the ground
Time & disruption
Days of blocked entrances, permits, and tenant complaints
Hours, with almost no footprint
